Our Compliance Framework
Every New Horizon worker is thoroughly vetted and compliant before placement. Here's exactly what we check β and why it matters.
Why Compliance Matters
In healthcare, patient safety is non-negotiable. New Horizon operates a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliant placements. Every worker we place has been individually verified against current NHS and regulatory standards before their first shift.
Our compliance process is aligned with NHS Employers standards, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, and the Health and Care (Staffing) Act 2022.
